Meet David Markwardt, Owner & Founder
David Markwardt brings over 30 years of experience designing and facilitating leadership and change management programs. His extensive knowledge of key adult learning principles and understanding of the changing needs of leadership development make him an accomplished coach and mentor. He prides himself on his ability to build trusting relationships and design, market and deliver customized consulting programs.
David also serves as program director for Leadership Santa Fe. Prior to founding David Markwardt Consulting, he served as director of Teamwork in Action at Santa Fe Community College for more than 20 years.
